Ramadan Sinar Buffet @ Hotel Tenera Bangi

This coming month of Ramadan will see Hotel Tenera in Bangi step up its buffet offerings compared to last year, with a generous spread of 200 traditional buka puasa dishes, alongside forty live action stalls, to attract a larger number of guests.

This year’s theme is Ramadan Sinar Buffet, which begins on 7th May until 3rd June. It features ten menu sets, to be served on daily rotation.

Highlights include Kambing Golek “Pesto Caracas”, Lidah Bakar Mulut Senget, Seafood Goreng “Mae Pranom”, Mee Rebus Tulang Rawan/Gear Box, Roti Periuk Leper, Pulut Kuning Sambal Ibu Saodah, “Live” Dim Sum Aliff Lalulah, Cendol Sawit, Apam Balik Terangkat and Warung Kopi Tok Wan.
