Park@Perak: Pay For Parking in Perak Using Mobile App
Move aside parking coupons. 1st January 2019 sees the launch of a new smart mobile app to pay for parking throughout the state of Perak.
The mobile app will be available for download at Google Play Store on 1st Jan and App Store from 20th Jan onwards.
Once downloaded, register for an account, log in, then load account with credit (money). After parking, click and pay.
The mobile app is supposed to be user friendly and valid in Perak. Moving forward, motorists in the Silver State will enjoy standard parking coupons; this is still a positive alternative.

Transferred RM20 to the account this morning, is was still not updated to the app’s balance even after an hour later … feedback to them, still awaiting reply
Aiyo this doesn’t sound so promising! Hope all these kinks will be ironed out by 1st Jan.
Well, finally.. this morning ie. after 24hours, my RM20 is in 🙂
This should be reflected instantly. Otherwise, it will defeat the purpose. I hope the app will also trigger phone notification when the time is nearly up for user to extend the parking duration.
Thanks for updating! Agreed that it should be instant top up so that motorist can use the credit at once. Imagine parking the car and no credit or coupon. Haha… hope this doesn’t happen!
I have installed the app and find difficult to register even I fill up my ic and password still it says that my i/c and password does not match. Please advise. Thank you

From what I understand, MBI enforcement will check their app using your car number, so there is no need to display anything on windscreen.
My password incorrect, can’t login. Click lupa kata laluan than ask to key in email add but i didn’t receive any massage, it more than 4 days.
IC tidak sepadan with kata laluan. Please help!
Is there a possibility of the MBI enforcement still giving you a summon even if you’re using the app? Feeling insecure without the coupon on dashboard
try to key in ic no and password so many time. stilll not working. lupa password and key in also no result. I think MBI still not ready for his yet
I added credit of rm20 …but transaction incomplete..rn20 deducted fr my savings acct but no credit in my perakpark

Tried to login with usual password. Got message that says’ no kp dan katalaluan tidak sepadan’. Tried the ‘Lupa katalaluan” and entered email address several times and finally got an email reply with a link to reset password. Clicked on the link but got a ‘This Site can’t be reached’ message.

Hi. I forgot my password. I clicked forgot password password and key in my email address. The system asked to check my email to reset my password. However, I didn’t received any email from the apps. The email not in spam mail too. I been trying many times. Very fed up. Please solve my problem.

Can’t login into the apps. Even i login with the correct user and password, but this apps still rejected the login. Click the “forgot password” and request a password yo be sent to my emsil, but nothing was sent to my email. Even more than 20 times of trying.

I was unable to key in / select car number in Park page. So unable to proceed to pay.
Uninstalled Apps & reinstalled – still same problem, unable to key in car number.
Reported my problem in Maklum Balas in the Apps 2 days ago but no reply.
Called all the phone numbers listed this morning 9am+, nobody pick up call.
Frustrating.
This is a follow-up from my earlier comment this morning 25/7/2022.
Since unable to get through all hotlines of Park Perak, I called MBI.
MBI customer service was very kind to forward my call direct to their IT Dept.
IT officer very polite & patiently guided me to resolve my problem with the Apps.
