For Entrée 1, it will be Pan-fried Foie Gras and Porchini Mushroom, Port Wine Reduction. Plat 2 comes in two options, either Beef Fillet or Baramundi.
Wrap up your meal with Dessert of Crunchy Chocolate Fondant and Chestnut Glazed in Caramel Sauce. Each set is complemented by a glass of wine.
