With the country in the endemic phase now, the 15-member culinary team of Impiana Hotel Ipoh is back in the thick of the action, whipping up some of the crowd’s favourites and incorporating them into their weekend Hi-tea buffet menu.

Led by Executive Chef Mohd Nizam Abdul Rahim and Sous Chef Syazwan, with years of experience under their belt, this new international menu which was launched earlier today, has the theme of “Moh Laypak” to offer a sense of easy-going meal time to rekindle the camaraderie with family and friends after such a long time.

Hi-tea buffet at Impiana Hotel Ipoh is only available on Saturdays and Sundays, from 12.30pm until 4pm. There are approximately a hundred items per menu, with starters, main courses, desserts, a carving station, and live-action stalls, among others. Even if you were to dine on two consecutive days (Saturday and Sunday), you will not be served the same dishes.

Although an international menu, one cannot run away with a choice of Malay, Indian and Chinese selections to cater to local taste buds. Popular choices include fish head curry, salted egg squid tempura and ayam goreng berempah.
