Largest Sephora Beauty Store in the World Opens in Kuala Lumpur

Makeup, skincare and fragrance lovers rejoice! The largest beauty playground by Sephora is now open in Kuala Lumpur, at Fahrenheit88, Bukit Bintang.

Sephora, the French personal care and beauty chain, first arrived on Malaysian shores in 2011 at Starhill Gallery, Bukit Bintang, just steps away from its new premises, also located within the capital city’s Golden Triangle.

Into its ninth year in Malaysia now, Sephora Fahrenheit88 boasts a floor space of 17,000 square feet over two levels, offering more than a hundred global brand names in makeup, skincare, hair styling and fragrance.

Besides the retail floor at ground level, there is also a private event lounge, beauty loft and photography studio on the first floor, for a fresh shopping experience for customers.

To catch the windfall of freebies, gifts and prizes, hundreds of Sephora fans queued up at the door for their share of the pie. Husband and wife team of Nina Syarfa and Muhammad Amin from Kajang camped outdoors since Thursday 10pm (16th Jan), when the store would only open on Saturday (18th Jan) at 10am.

Third in the queue was Haziq Jamaludin from Bangi, who arrived on Friday 10am (17th Jan), after getting one more round of beauty sleep but that was still 24 hours ahead of its grand opening.

For the general walk-in public, the store only opened for them at 3pm (18th Jan), as the crowd continued to stream in.

At Sephora Fahrenheit88, Gold members receive complimentary services of hand massages, name engraving, as well as personal consultations, a first for Sephora worldwide at this beauty flagship store.

Sephora fans should not miss the chance to visit this world’s largest store at Fahrenheit88 when they are in the area, as it offers an elevated shopping experience that’s not found at any other Sephora store.
