During the tea ceremony, children, who are members of Ipoh Chin Woo, took turns to offer tea to their elders, whether parents or grandparents, also their wushu masters and association committee members.

To be frank, while I was busy capturing those scenes with my camera, I didn’t really feel the impact of the ritual. It was only while going through my photos just now that I felt the full meaning of it and understood why Ipoh Chin Woo organised this event.

The evening wrapped up with dinner and performances by Ipoh Chin Woo pupils, who are all vying for a place to participate in the 12th World ChinWoo Wushu & Cultural Exchange Convention in Tianjin, China in October, 2012.

Ipoh Chin Woo committee members are trying their best to raise funds to send 25 exponents to participate in the event. They would welcome sponsorships from generous supporters who believe in exposing these children in an international platform.

After watching their performances, I feel that they all deserve the trip. Is there anyone out there who could make their dream come true?
