Hantu Gangster Promo Tour

Hands up if you have already watched “Hantu Gangster”. Well, it’s a new local production by Namewee (real name: Wee Meng Chee), with a star-studded cast from Supermodel Amber Chia to Alleycat Dato’ David Arumugam. Actually, this cast line-up reminds me of Hong Kong Chinese New Year productions where they would group all of today’s stars for a feel-good movie. If you are not in, you have not arrived yet.

For this Hantu Gangster promotional tour to Ipoh, Namewee himself came, along with “Fa Cai Bao”. Both chit-chatted a little about the movie. I haven’t watched it yet but friends who had, told me that the plot is quite nonsensical. But don’t you agree that once in awhile, we do need a movie like this that does not require us to work our brains?
