My Experience with Malaysia’s First Age-Reversal Treatment in Ipoh
After learning about the opening of Malaysia’s first Quantum Resonance Rehabilitation Centre for Age Reversal (AR) called The HeaLab in Canning Garden, I finally had the chance to begin my long-awaited wellness journey yesterday.

If you don’t know yet, The HeaLab’s approach centres on helping the body heal and reset itself from within, at the cellular level.

Starting with a Full Body Scan
My session began with a full-body diagnostic scan. This isn’t the typical medical scan. It’s completely non-invasive and doesn’t emit harmful radiation like MRI or CT machines. What’s unique is that it reads cell memory, rather than just the structural images. The objective is to detect early signs of imbalance or stress in the body before they become major health issues.

The process was quick and painless. The staff then sat with me to explain the scan results in detail. They were kind and patient, ensuring I understood everything before beginning my rehabilitation session.

Detox with Cream and Sauna
I was guided into one of the treatment rooms, where the first stage, detoxification, began. I was handed a specially formulated detox cream concocted from all-natural plant-based ingredients to apply generously over key areas of the body based on my analysis, particularly the neck, chest, stomach, and joints. This part of the process felt similar to a spa, but with a deeper purpose.

Once the cream was applied, I stepped into a private sauna, heated to around 40°C. I stayed inside for 20 minutes. Take note that both the temperature and duration are flexible – they can be adjusted higher or extended longer, depending on how well your body responds to the heat.

The goal here is detoxification through sweat. As the heat opens up the pores, the detox cream works in tandem with my body’s natural perspiration process to flush out body toxins. Unlike surface-level sweating from a regular workout, this is a deeper release, targeting built-up waste, chemical residues, and impurities that may have accumulated over time. It’s a safe and natural way to support the body’s cleansing process.
Soaking in Minano Water
Out of the sauna and after cooling down for 10 minutes, I soaked in a warm bathtub filled with Minano Quantum Water Solution, another one of Prof. Dr. Manns Goh’s inventions.

Minano water is acquired through something called the fourth-month human fœtus source code. Scientifically, this water can help break down cholesterol, blood lipids, and uric acid in the body.

Besides soaking, Minano water is also provided for drinking, placed in a special Minano water bottle, so the treatment works inside and out. The soak lasted around 20 minutes and was deeply calming.

Final Step: Repair Cream
After the bath, I dried off, allowed my body to cool down for about 10 minutes, and then applied the second cream, a treatment concoction designed to support cellular repair and rejuvenation. Like the detox cream earlier, it was applied to key areas of the body, especially the neck, chest, stomach, and joints.
Via transdermal (through-the-skin) technology, active ingredients of the cream are absorbed directly into the bloodstream. It’s said to work seven times faster than oral supplements. More importantly, it’s a green and gentle solution that is free from heavy metals plus kind to the liver and digestive system, since it bypasses the gut entirely.
The whole session, from start to finish, took about an hour.

A Noticeable Difference
When it was all done, I felt like a layer of weight had been lifted from my shoulders. To be sure there was an effect, I went for a second body analysis scan, and to my surprise, my readings had improved by 20%. That’s a big change, especially with just one treatment.

How Often Should You Go?
If you’re generally in good health, the recommendation is to start with two sessions per week, and later reduce to once a week for maintenance. For those with serious or chronic conditions, three times a week is ideal.
Each session is priced at RM250, which includes the full-body diagnostic scan, sauna session, Minano water bath, and both detox and treatment creams. Considering the level of personalised attention and the depth of the therapy, I found the cost to be reasonable.

What’s more reassuring is that even those with more complex or chronic health conditions receive the same thorough care at no additional charge. The rate remains consistent at RM250, regardless of health status.
HeaLab is about giving our body the tools to reset itself at the cellular level, naturally, gently, and without side effects. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff were supportive throughout. In fact, even the air and water at HeaLab are specially created to preserve and support life, making the entire environment feel restorative from the moment you step in.

If you’ve been feeling out of balance, constantly tired, or just want to take better care of your health in a more holistic way, HeaLab’s Age-Reversal treatment is worth experiencing.
For me, it wasn’t just a “spa” session, although it had elements of a Japanese spa treatment, which uses mineral-rich water for therapeutic bathing. Beneath the soothing routine was a powerful process, one that helped my body remember how to restore itself from within. That ritual marked the beginning of an important matter: the start of my wellness journey.
Health is Wealth
So, what’s the price you are willing to pay for wellness at a fundamental level? At its core, the rehabilitation focuses on rebuilding the body from the inside out, not just addressing symptoms, but restoring the very systems that sustain vitality and resilience. It works deeply on three fundamental pillars of health:
This targeted approach sets the stage for true, long-term healing.
At the end of the day, health is wealth. At HeaLab, one session costs RM250 and just an hour of your time. This price may be a small investment in something truly life-changing.
