Comedy Night in Ipoh

Popular Malaysian stand-up comedians, Chi Ho and Douglas Lim, brought the house down at MOVIDA Kitchen + Terrace in Ipoh last Friday evening with their local jokes.

Dubbed “Comedy Night”, the event was specially arranged and sponsored by Kronenbourg 1664 at MOVIDA. Complimentary buffet was provided as part of the event, prior to the start of the comedy show.

Chi Ho opened the night with his sexually-toned jokes. Although he was the opening act here, he was no less capable than Douglas in making the audience roar with laughter.

While it was my first time listening to Chi Ho live on stage, it was my second with Douglas Lim. No doubt, some of the jokes were recycled from the first performance, but they were still just as rib-tickling.

And I would say, Douglas even upped the ante compared to his performance at the Perak Bar Annual Dinner 2014 / 50th Anniversary Celebration.
