The newly-certified five-star resort, The Haven, has unveiled a scrumptious buffet dinner for this Christmas season. With a healthy selection of salad varieties at the open salad bar followed by wild mushroom soup, the highlight is the succulent roasted turkey, served with old fashioned giblet sauce.
Other items on the BBQ station are New Zealand lamb shoulder, Australian beef steak, chicken meat, sea bass and fresh prawns, additionally marinated with Haven, a secret sauce.
On the menu is the signature Haven fried rice, a proven all-time favourite of the restaurant, served with large fresh prawns, squids, chicken and vegetables.
Also available is the turkey ham pasta carbonara, a spaghetti dish for diners looking for a lighter meal. Other items include shepherd’s pie, roasted potatoes in jackets and au gratin vegetables.
I am unable to share photos of the entire Christmas buffet menu at The Haven, but here are some important ones, including the range of X’mas desserts.
Christmas is certainly a season to be jolly, and it is best celebrated with family and close friends, feasting on a MSG-free menu.
Some of you may not be aware that Cuisines is only open to guests of BEST WESTERN PREMIER The Haven Ipoh. It is not open to the public.
