Casa Bintang Residence – Luxurious Condo Living With A Difference

With one of the most coveted residential addresses in Ipoh, along ‘Tiger Lane’, Casa Bintang Residence has set a new standard in condo living.

The concept of this new development is a harmonious marriage between landed property and condominium, offering the best of both worlds, and making right the weaknesses found in both types of property ownership.

One of the few properties in Ipoh with a private access road, Casa Bintang Residence is a low-density development with only 51 luxurious residential units over seven blocks on 2.6 acres of land.

The show unit of Casa Bintang Residence was recently ready for viewing. The first impression I had was its generous space.

This show unit, where photos are enclosed in this post, is a 2-storey ‘bungalow condo’ with no other units on top. Architecturally, it is a landed home, but this is a one-off design, and incidentally, the largest of all the units. See the high windows in every room for extra natural light.

Yet another difference between Casa Bintang Residence and other duplex condominiums is that here, there are six designs to choose from.

Buyers here select their desired home based more on the layout, rather than the price. Let’s face it, buying a luxurious home, the little price difference won’t make any, well, difference. Views to choose from are the golf course or city view.

Imagine, there is only one unit per floor (think: private lift lobby!) and each unit is as large as a standard double-storey house (minimum size: 2045 sq. ft.). And the good thing is that despite enjoying the luxury of the space of a house, one doesn’t need to compromise on security, or all the lifestyle amenities that residents of condominiums enjoy.

Some of the lifestyle amenities offered at Casa Bintang Residence include the first cantilevered, infinity, totally white swimming pool in Ipoh, gymnasium, club house, barbecue area, children’s playground and elevated garden.

Additionally, another plus point is that Ipoh Swimming Club is just within walking distance! Say goodbye to seemingly endless driving of the kids for their weekly swimming lessons!

A class of its own, Casa Bintang Residence was conceived, designed and built with the best in condo living in mind, and for a change, offers freehold title to owners.

Obviously, it will also be guarded and gated. Owners are also guaranteed two covered parking bays on the ground floor of their own block. No more being met with a flooded sub-basement, just when you are rushing for an appointment.

  1. Simply luxurious! The height of the ceiling in that hall is every person’s dream. Look at the space!

  2. Hi James,

I just got the official reply: As of now, it is not pet friendly but there have been some residents who have asked for some consideration. This will be tabled to the JMC when they meet on 18th Nov.
