Over the past two weeks, we have seen how hotels, restaurants, and cafes introduce their Iftar menus for Muslims to break their fast. It is a competitive market, so each establishment tries to offer something unique for their diners.

Moving away from the norm, Green Green Restaurant & Café has introduced talam (platter) sets to be shared among 2 or 3 people.

There are four choices of talam sets, priced from an affordable RM88. The following are:

Nasi Ayam Goreng Berempah – RM88
Nasi Daging Cili Garlic – RM88
Nasi Itik Roasted – RM98
Nasi Seafood HahaBaba – RM98

Each talam comes with four condiments:
* Air Asam
* Jelatah
* Sambal Kicap
* Kuah Kari

two options of beverages: Syrup Selasih (pink) or Iced Lemon Tea (brown)

There are three options of rice per talam: Nasi Briyani, Nasi Butter, or Nasi Hujan Panas. Additionally, there are two choices of beverages: Syrup Selasih or Iced Lemon Tea.

Besides these four Ramadan talam sets, the restaurant has prepared an à la carte menu for diners who want to add extra yummilicious items to the talam set.

Diners can choose to break fast at Green Green Restaurant, located within the compound of GreenAcres Retirement Village in Bandar Meru Raya, or have the talam set delivered to your door at no delivery cost to you, with a minimum spend.

Free delivery within Meru and Chemor is a value-added service by the restaurant, understanding that it can be quite a rush for working adults to get home on time to break their fast after a long day in the office.

Ramadan buffet is also available at Green Green Restaurant & Café with a minimum booking of 50 pax.

The food at Green Green Restaurant & Café is Muslim-friendly, prepared by a Muslim culinary team. The restaurant is in the process of applying for Halal certification from JAKIM.
