Brand New à la carte Menu With Chef’s Signature Dishes at Hillcity Chinese Restaurant, Ipoh
To mark the one year anniversary of the reopening of Hillcity Chinese Restaurant in Ipoh, a brand new à la carte menu is launched. Introduced by Chief Chef Ng Hor Khoon, with 35 years of experience as a Chinese cuisine chef in Malaysia, these five dishes that I am sharing today are the chef’s signature dishes.
As said, they are available on the à la carte menu. However, a number of these delicacies are also part of a seven-course set menu. They are available for both lunch and dinner.
At the same time, the restaurant is running a Lobster & Suckling Pig Promotion which began earlier this month and will end on September 30, 2015. The Lobster & Pomfret Fish Set is priced at RM418 nett while Suckling Pig Set is priced at RM518 nett. Both are good for ten pax.
For your information, Hillcity Chinese Restaurant, within the building of Hillcity Hotel & Condo Ipoh, is newly refurbished and can accommodate up to 55 tables of ten pax each simultaneously.
Featuring three VIP rooms installed with karaoke plus PA system and outfitted with new furnishings, Hillcity Chinese Restaurant is now another venue to host functions and dinners.
