Berbuka Puasa at Impiana Hotel Ipoh this Ramadhan
Offering more than one hundred items per menu, with three menus served on rotational basis, Impiana Hotel Ipoh remains one of the top choices to break fast (berbuka puasa) this coming month of Ramadhan.
This Ramadhan fare will be available at the hotel’s Coffee House beginning June 18 to July 17, 2015, from 7pm onwards. Price is RM80 nett (adult) and RM40 nett (child from 6 – 12 years old). Senior citizens above 65 years of age pay only RM40 nett per person. Diners enjoy 20% discount on the price for groups of 20 persons and above. Prices are inclusive of 6% GST.
Headed by Malay Chef, Chef Azman bin Azelah, on the menu is a generous selection of traditional and contemporary Malay specialities, from ayam percik to gulai nangka ikan masin, ayam sambal petai ala Nyonya, kari kepala ikan and more.
Some of the most looked forward to items would be the hotel’s famous kawah-style (big wok) signature dishes, including Rendang Tok Perak, bubur lambuk, oxtail soup and ikan patin assam pedas. Alongside these are grill counters and action stalls serving a good range of BBQ items and hawker fare, that would delight even the most discerning of palates.
Impiana Hotel Ipoh is one of the few star-rated hotels in Ipoh with a choice of indoor and outdoor dining. Therefore, diners can expect to find durian as one of the local fresh farm fruits served at the buffet.
While savouring these delicacies, enjoy live ghazal performance by a 4-piece group, and live Azan by Impiana’s own staff. Also, stand a chance to win attractive prizes in the daily lucky draw, including the main prize of a giant hamper worth RM2,000.
On the first day of Ramadhan (June 18) from 4pm onwards, Impiana Hotel Ipoh will be giving away 2,000 packs of bubur lambuk (porridge) for free to road users and passers-by in front of the hotel as part of the hotel’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.
“Bubur lambuk” is a time-honoured Ramadhan dish, whereby the meat porridge is taken to ease the digestive system after a long day of fasting.
