2024 Sultan Azlan Shah Cup Hockey Schedule, Fixtures & Results

The 30th edition of Sultan Azlan Shah Cup, the annual invitational field hockey tournament kickstarted in Ipoh on 4th May 2024. It looks like the organisers are finally able to tune the schedule to its original April or May, following the COVID-19 disruption.

Six teams are participating in this tournament. They are New Zealand (World No. 10), South Korea (#11), Pakistan (#15), Japan (#16), Canada (#19), and host Malaysia at No. 14.

Here is the schedule:

Day 1: 4th May, 2024 (Sat)
Match 1: 4pm – New Zealand 7 – Canada 1
Match 2: 6.15pm – South Korea 1 – Japan 2
Match 3: 8.30pm – Malaysia 4 – Pakistan 5

Day 2: 5th May, 2024 (Sun)
Match 4: 4pm – New Zealand 1 – Japan 4
Match 5: 6.15pm – South Korea 0 – Pakistan 4
Match 6: 8.30pm – Canada 2 – Malaysia 6
