Terengganu Food Trail
We cannot claim to have visited a place if we have not tried the local food. In Terengganu, our tour guide, Kak Intan, told us that the locals eat very simple meals, even for the wealthy. And so did we.
During our 4D/3N stay in Terengganu, I remember eating a lot of keropok (crackers), which Terengganu is famous for, the most popular being keropok lekor.
In this post, I am sharing with you some of the food I managed to snap, which are also must-eat when visiting Terengganu. And so, on this note, I am concluding my series of posts on my recent visit to Terengganu, at the invitation of Gaya Travel Magazine and made possible by the State Government of Terengganu and The Secretariat of Visit Terengganu Year 2013.
Despite two lengthy visits within a month, I believe Terengganu still has plenty to be discovered! If you have not been to Terengganu, what better time to do it than in 2013 as Visit Terengganu Year is being celebrated? Terengganu… negeri cantik, budaya menarik.
