A Family Day is incomplete without the food. Many students set up food and drinks stalls alongside educational and charity booths.
Noah’s Ark Ipoh also had a booth to raise awareness on shooting of stray dogs in Ipoh. There was a signature campaign drive to petition to the Ipoh City Council to ban shooting. Education is the way to solving the issue of stray dogs and cats, not shooting.
Oh yes, there were photo sessions with the 501st Legion, characters from Star Wars. I kept missing them since I was walking around the school grounds…
Anyway, check out this video I shot of two young boys trying their hand (and bodies) at sumo wrestling. Too cute.
