Meaningful Iftar Memories Over Bufet Ramadan Citarasa Muhibbah @ Syeun Hotel Ipoh
A taste of ‘Muhibbah’ awaits diners this holy month of Ramadan, as guests break fast over an appetising buffet dinner at Syeun Hotel Ipoh.
There are a total of six mouth-watering menus to be served throughout the month on rotational basis, each consists tens of items on the generous menu.
The buffet begins with a selection of appetisers, soup of the day, main courses, desserts and beverages, plus a highlight of SIX action stalls every evening where live cooking is done on the spot.
Among the must-haves to break fast are Iftar classics such as ulam-ulaman kampung, bubur lambuk, grilled lamb and the traditional dish of daging rendang Tok Perak.
Meanwhile, the chef’s main course recommendations include delicious Nasi Bukhari Ayam, Udang Sambal Petai, Ikan Asam Tempoyak, Daging Gulai Kawah Nangka Muda, Ikan Bakar Portugis, and many more.
The Ramadan buffet offered by Syeun Hotel Ipoh fixes that craving for deep fried items, which are available at the goreng-goreng action stall. All-time favourites that will be served are cucur udang, jemput-jemput, and banana fritters, among others.
Wrap up your meal with a vast array of Malay and Western desserts, from traditional kuih muih to pastries. Make sure to wash these down with a cuppa of “teh tarik kurang manis” or DIY ais kacang Syeun.
Meaningful Iftar memories will certainly be created as guests dine over such a savoury array of delicacies with family and friends, not only once, but throughout the month of Ramadan.
Bufet Ramadan Citarasa Muhibbah is available daily, tentatively from 7th May to 4th June, from 7pm until 10pm. Price is RM50 nett (adult), RM40 nett (senior citizen) and RM35 nett (child aged 5 to 12 years).
