Mother’s Day is just ten days away and the capable chefs at Impiana Hotel Ipoh have prepared mouth-watering menus to celebrate this occasion with the most selfless woman in our life, our mother.
Today, I am bringing you Impiana Hotel Ipoh’s Mother’s Day 5-course set dinner at The Bistro. Only available for three evenings from 9th to 11th May, 2014, the price of RM100 per set includes a glass of wine.
On the menu are Classic Caesar, an appetizer of romaine, tomato bruschetta, breaded prawn served with anchovy dressing. Soup would be cappuccino of creamy tomatoes served with smoked duck raviolla and mango sorbet.
There are three choices of main course. Diners get to choose either pan seared pollock fish, roasted Boston king prawn OR pan-fried lamb loin. A dessert of Italian chocolate pudding accompanied by vanilla berry ice cream and coffee or tea with biscotti wraps up a most scrumptious meal.
Additionally, mothers will also receive a surprise door gift, plus stand a chance to win attractive prizes in a lucky draw, including a complimentary night’s stay at the hotel’s Suite Room with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Meanwhile, at the Coffee House, there’s a BBQ dinner promotion during this Mother’s Day 3-day weekend, at RM70nett per adult and RM35nett per child (6 to 12 years old).
On 11th and 12th May, from 12 noon to 4pm, guests can enjoy a special Mother’s Day Hi-Tea also at the Coffee House at RM48nett per adult and RM24nett per child (6 – 12 years old).
