The Final Selection: 2024 Hard Rock World Burger Tour Now @ HRC Ipoh
To celebrate Hard Rock International Founders’ Day, Hard Rock Café® locations worldwide have introduced five new, culturally inspired burgers for a limited-time World Burger Tour competition.
The World Burger Tour competition started with over 150 new burger creations, each developed by Hard Rock Café® chefs around the globe, inspired by their local cultures and personal creative flair.
Through a stringent evaluation encompassing sales performance, diner preferences, and culinary taste tests at the originating locations earlier this year, these top five finalists were shortlisted.
From 14th June until 2nd September 2024, diners can indulge in all five exciting new creations at any Hard Rock Café® around the world, including Hard Rock Café® Ipoh. These top five burgers, named after their respective Hard Rock Café® cities, are:
Bengaluru Burger (India): A 7 oz steak burger topped with American cheese, sweet and spicy pickled mayo, black bean corn salsa, roasted jalapeno, guacamole, and shredded lettuce.
Bucharest Burger (Romania): A 7 oz steak burger with garlic horseradish aioli, marinated camembert cheese, tomato, smoked shoestring onions, frisée lettuce, and red wine cranberry jam.
Gramado Burger (Brazil): A 7 oz steak burger featuring garlic aioli, a crispy mozzarella cheese fritter, and whiskey bacon jam.
Kathmandu Burger (Nepal): Two smashed and stacked burger patties with sweet chili mayo, provolone cheese, caramelised onions, avocado, and a tomato zucchini slaw.
Pittsburgh Burger (USA): Two smashed and stacked burger patties with Legendary sauce, smoked bacon, pickles, beer cheese sauce, whiskey bacon jam, American cheese, and French fries.
Note: All the above-mentioned five finalists are beef burgers.
“By allowing our guests to choose our next fan-favourite burger, we’re making them a part of the tasting and culinary experience as we introduce new, culturally-influenced, delicious options to our menu.
