Chef’s Signature Dishes Promo @ Palong Coffee House
Foodie lovers will be happy to know that Kinta Riverfront Hotel’s Palong Coffee House has introduced three signature dishes from now until April 15, 2016!
Specially crafted by the coffee house Executive Sous Chef Hamdan Jidi, the three dishes are: Oxtail Asam Pedas (Ekor Lembu Asam Pedas), Lamb Rib Curry with Potato (Tulang Rusuk Kambing Kari dengan Kentang) and Pickled Bamboo Shoots with White Shell (Rebung Jeruk Masak Lemak).
Using his expertise, Chef Hamdan has tweaked traditional Perak Malay specialities into his own creations that are only available for a limited time at Palong Coffee House (Ipoh) as part of the main course served at their lunch or dinner buffet lines.
What is interesting is that these dishes are featured in a travel cooking programme ‘Dapur Panas’ with celebrity chef, Chef Fikree Aznan. Besides presenting these signature dishes by Chef Hamdan, Chef Fikree also visited and highlighted the rooms and facilities of Kinta Riverfront Hotel as part of the show.
Dapur Panas is aired every Tuesday at 11.30am on TV3. It can also be watched online at Tonton.com and is an in-flight video on Malaysia Airlines.
