The first exhibition for the year held at Koloni Karyawan Amanjaya (PORT – People Of Remarkable Talent), the brainchild of Institut Darul Ridzuan (IDR), is a black and white street photography exhibition. It is held on a modest scale as a trial run for bigger and better things to come in the near future.
For this photography exhibition, there are about 38 shots exhibited, which were taken by four young photographers, Ain, Atikah, Siti and Mus. Ain’s theme is “Ayah” or “father” while Atikah’s theme is “berjalan” or simply, “walking”. Meanwhile, both Siti and Mus experimented with different camera angles – Siti with “tilted angle” and Mus, “from a different angle”.
B&W Street Photography Exhibition, which was launched earlier in the week, will wrap up this weekend.
