Announcement: A Stray’s Wish

The Penang Chapter of Independent Aid For Protection And Welfare of Animals (IAPWA Penang) is organising a food/fun fair to raise funds for its Trap-Neuter-Release progamme to control the stray dog issue on the island.

Coupons are priced at RM20 per booklet, which can be used to purchase food, products or participate in games for dogs.
