Connecting rooms are the first to be implemented at Tune Hotel Ipoh, and these rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floors. At this time of writing, these rooms are not opened for guests yet, but would be by next week.
Also, there’s the surau for Him and Her on the 3rd floor and the ironing room is on the 4th floor. The use of an iron requires a deposit of RM30.
As with other Tune Hotels, doors to the hotel would be automatically locked at midnight, and could be opened only with the room key card or manually by the security personnel. Once the hotel is completely ready, a tighter security would be implemented, whereby only guests with their key card could get out from the elevator to access the floors. Basement car park, with 60 bays, is available free-of-charge for hotel guests.
For guests who accidentally left behind their personal belongings, the hotel has the policy to safe-keep them for up to six months. Do call up the front office to make arrangements on collecting them. There are a total of 11 friendly staff manning the hotel – if you require assistance or further information, you just have to ask.
