The Haven Ipoh’s Latest Achievement: The Malaysian Property Press Awards 2015

At the Malaysian Property Awards 2015 gala event at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur on November 13, 2015, The Haven Resort Residences Ipoh was awarded ‘Outstanding Achievement Award (Condo, Hotel, Resort)’ and ‘Best Resort & Hotel Project’.

This win came just a week after bagging the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2015 for ‘Residential (High Rise) Category’.

Said Mr. Peter Chan, Chief Executive Officer of The Haven Sdn. Bhd., of its property’s latest recognition, “These awards are testimonial and acknowledgement of our commitment to be the best of the best in luxury development.

The Malaysian Property Press Awards, organised by strategic property content provider Terra Value Sdn Bhd, is adjudicated exclusively by senior members of the press.

A total of 25 accolades were presented at the award ceremony to recognise the outstanding achievements of developers within the property industry in Malaysia.

In its sixth year already, the Malaysian Property Press Awards has carved a niche for itself as the only property awards ceremony that is adjudicated exclusively by senior members of the press.

It utilises a comprehensive selection process that takes into account the positive market impact, performance, quality of products, calibre of services and the scope of corporate social responsibility activity that candidates have exhibited.

Making up the majority of the judging panel for Property Press Awards 2015 were editors who are involved in the daily preparation of property articles, which provides them with the depth and breadth to observe and comment on projects, personalities or companies that they assessed having excelled or contributed significantly to the betterment of the industry over the past year.
