Selangor Smart City & Digital Economy Convention 2019
The long awaited 3-day 4th edition of Selangor Smart City & Digital Economy Convention 2019 is underway. Known as Southeast Asia’s Premier Smart City and Digital Economy Convention, it wraps up today!
With the theme of “Empowering The Youths with Tomorrow’s Innovations”, this convention is a 4-in-1 mega event which run concurrently over these three days.
The main events include:
1) Selangor International Gaming & Anime Festival 2019
2) One Belt One Road (OBOR) Anime & Gaming Summit
3) Asia Anime Cultural Symposium
4) Selangor International Culinary Festival 2019
5) Malaysia Top E-commerce Merchant Awards 2019
For today, highlights are the Malaysia Top E-Commerce Awards that’s happening right now until 5pm at Stage 1, as well as PUBG and E-Racing Tournament at E-Sports Zone until 6pm.
As you can imagine, Selangor Smart City & Digital Economy Convention 2019 is a leading event in the region to explore how smart and digital technologies transform cities around the globe and how the digital economy is revolutionising the world with technology.
The Selangor Information Technology & E-Commerce Council (SITEC) was established by the Selangor State Government under the secretariat of Invest Selangor to develop Selangor as the regional trading hub for e-commerce and to uplift the startup ecosystem.
Over 10,000 attendees are expected at this convention and judging by how packed the halls were on the first two days, this is one event that you wouldn’t want to miss out on, so hurry and make your way to its venue, Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), ASAP.
