Visited the Lost World of Tambun one recent evening with a group of friends, and had a whale of a time. This is a major theme park a short drive away from Ipoh City centre, and a must-visit for families visiting Ipoh. Otherwise, your trip to Ipoh would be incomplete.

In our notoriously hot weather, the water park is well-liked and it could get quite crowded especially during holidays. I didn’t go for that, but spent a considerable amount of time exploring the various hot springs with varying degrees of water temperature, and almost got myself cooked!

  1. Going here has become an annual family event for us whenever relatives from out of town came to visit.

The entrance fee is worth the many attractions inside. People of all ages can freely choose their type of activities. I always bring my kids to see the Petting Zoo, they loved the animals there!

Never been to the Night Spa though, maybe another trip this year? 🙂

  2. Rohaida,

    Lucky you!

Going to Lost World is a treat for me as I could only spare an hour or two, and I don’t think it’s worth paying the admission fee for such short hours. Once I am inside, I don’t want to come out!
