Edward Lai, Director of Sales & Marketing, gave a slide presentation, introducing the Impiana brand and its six properties; three in Malaysia and three in Thailand. The extremely impressive Impiana Private Villas in Kata Noi, Phuket, Thailand, has been ranked first among specialty lodging in Karon District, Phuket, by TripAdvisor.

GM Mark Rummery may have been with Impiana Hotel Ipoh for only two and a half months but he already has great plans for the hotel. One of his targets is to achieve an annual average occupancy rate of 73%. With Year 2012 being Visit Perak Year, this goal shouldn’t be too difficult.
