Our last stop for the day was Bukit Gambang Resort City in Kuantan. It was yet another 2-hour drive.
It had been a long day, so a splash at the water theme park was most appropriate and welcomed! We were first taken on a tour. Did you know that this is one of the largest water theme parks in the country?
Bukit Gambang Resort City is a cashless park. Visitors are each given a “wristwatch” with credit in it. Upon check-out, the balance in the account is returned to the guests. I may not be able to explain this well but I really like the concept. It is indeed a good security measure.
Again, I would have loved to spend a little more time here but the park was about to close for the day. Thank God, we left early as the sky soon poured.
