Break Fast With Delightful Authentic Malay Dishes From Around Malaysia
Feast on a selection of delightful authentic Malay signature dishes from around the country when you berbuka puasa (break fast) at Hotel Excelsior Ipoh this month of Ramadan.
From appetisers to main courses, desserts, grilled items and beverages, there are some sixty items on each buffet menu. Also, a total of seven menus are made available on a daily rotating basis.
Besides authentic Malay signature dishes, other highlights include Chinese, Western and Indonesian cuisines.
Headed by Malay cuisine chef, Chef Azman Bin Rizal Azizi, probably the two most looked forward to items are Rendang Tok and Ayam Percik Kelantan.
Meanwhile, Chinese cuisine chef, Chef Leong Yoke Choon, contributes to the buffet dinner with his much-loved dish, Chicken Rice, among others.
This buka puasa dinner is hosted at Hotel Excelsior Ipoh’s Dulang Coffee House on the ground floor or in the Grand Ballroom on 13A floor, depending on the number of guests for the evening.
The buka puasa buffet dinner, available from now until 10th May. is priced at RM58 nett (adult), RM45 nett (senior citizen) and RM35 nett (child). One person eats for free when ten adult meals are purchased in bulk.
