UTC Operating Hours During RMCO

After three months of closure since 18th March, 2020 when the Movement Control Order was enacted, the country’s 22 branches of Urban Transformation Centres (UTC) will resume businesses on 15th June, 2020, after a sanitisation exercise and with new operating hours (as shown below).

Evidently, after a long break, UTCs across the country will operate in full force with 100% staff, including weekends, except for federal and state public holidays. Also, there will be no meal breaks, other than prayer time on Fridays.

Take note that strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will be adhered to. Face mask is compulsory for staff and customers.

Customer’s full name, phone number and body temperature will be recorded at the door. Provided is hand sanitiser, while physical distancing observed. Furthermore, UTC will limit the number of entrants at any one time to avoid crowding. This number varies according to the size of the office.
