Foodie friends in Ipoh are in for a treat this March! Do you know why? Tower Regency Hotel is running a Quick Lunch Promotion for the entire month, initially with Shell Out from 1st to 15th March, followed by Bamboo Briyani from 16th until 30th of the same month.
Tower Regency Hotel offered Shell Out for three months last year, and it is back by popular demand. Served with a special homemade savoury sauce, this seafood dish is best experienced with your bare hands, to better enjoy the mixed platter of cockles, prawns, fish, sweet corn and more.
On the other hand, the authentic South Indian cuisine of Bamboo Briyani will be served alongside condiments of vegetable dhal and cucumber raita, to enhance the flavour of the rice, cooked with a generous chicken drumstick.
These two original recipes are courtesy of the hotel executive chef, Chef Dorrett and his culinary team, using only the freshest ingredients, the key in preparing the dishes.
The most important information about Tower Regency Hotel’s Shell Out and Bamboo Briyani is that each dish is priced at an affordable RM12 nett, inclusive of free flow of cordial throughout the meal. Do take note that this Quick Lunch Promotion is available from Mondays to Fridays, on the ground floor of Tower Regency Hotel, from 12 noon until 2.30pm.
