Malaysia’s primary mail service provider Pos Malaysia Berhad, has announced that there will be a temporary suspension of international mail, parcel and Express Mail Service (EMS) for all international sectors, except Singapore, beginning 3rd August, 2020, until further notice.
This decision is made due to service impact related to COVID-19, such as restrictions on international flights, airport closures and cross border services.
Luckily all my online purchases from overseas have arrived, in the nick of time, too! For my next batch of purchases, other courier services will be used. Importantly, I’ve no parcel in transit at present.
