Opelah: Up Close
Ipohites have an opportunity to be entertained by two of the city’s finest soprano singers (Marianne Poh & Lee Yi Jing) in Opelah, with accomplished pianist Kok Kee Boon, happening tonight at 15 Clarke Street in Ipoh New Town.
If you love music, this is one show that’s definitely not to be missed. The 1+ hour long performance features excerpts from Mozart’s Marriage of Figaro, Chinese Art Song which also sees the PSPA Singers (Perak Society of Performing Arts) joining in the show, as well as popular Broadway musicals.
It is a rare treat to enjoy such an up close performance in an intimate setting, so don’t let this chance slip past your fingers. Otherwise, you will have to wait for another year, maybe.
