GreenAcres also looks very contemporary being retirement home.

  4. I just read about it in paper. Regards this retired home. Is it need to paid advance RM300k then mostly maintenance for rm0.47 sen.

  5. looks amazing but oh wow… to be expected.. only for the rich lah… I cannot afford to retire there huhuh but it is beautiful… wish someone would create a real retirement village for the low income or lower middle income…

  6. Hi Ms. Sham,

The current lease deposit for GreenAcres is RM300,000 for a lifetime stay and there is no minimum lease period. Yes, the lease deposit is paid in advance but is refundable after the resident leaves.

Resident is also required to pay general service charges at RM0.48 per square foot per month, and this includes the utilisation of the 30,000 sq ft Clubhouse, the maintenance of the public areas, provisions for security, village shuttle bus, management of the 24/7 emergency call system, and activities for the residents of GreenAcres.

As far as I know, there is no monthly rental.
