New Garbage Bins for Kampung Ulu Chemor
Kampung Ulu Chemor residents in Ipoh received two 660-litre mild bin garbage bins from Ipoh City Councillor Y. Bhg. Dato’ Mazlan Abdul Rahman in a handover ceremony yesterday morning.
Accepted on behalf of the community were Encik Shamsudin Ramli, Ridzuan Zabidin, Shamsuri and Safari Hamdan, who are management committee members of the Kampung Ulu Chemor Community.
Also in attendance at the event were Encik Manisegaran a/l Subramanian (Chief Assistant Director of Health Ipoh City Council), as well as some residents of the kampung.
Provision of these trash receptacles was to ensure that the village is always kept clean, cheerful and peaceful. It is hoped that this significant gesture will be a starting point in achieving the goal of making Ipoh a Clean, Green and Developed City, according to its motto.
Good to see that the residents can now properly dispose their rubbish. Hopefully this will be well maintained.
