Monkey Ride @ Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan

Being a town girl (I wouldn’t say Ipoh is a city, although it is), this is a rare sight for me. I took this shot on our ride home after visiting Melaka where we took the Port Dickson way home. By “home”, I mean Kuala Lumpur.

This monkey is so huge, it looks pretty scary but look at its eyes, looking sideways at my camera as if out of shyness! You know, my friend didn’t even stop the car but slowed down so that I could put my hand out of the window to take pictures of the monkey on a motorcycle.

The road was very busy but I still managed to capture a few shots in succession but this one turned out the best, makes me smile every time because of the way he looked at us.
