Monkey Business
My friend and I went to the KL Bird Park to look at birds but were surprised to be greeted with this family of monkeys when we came out of the bird sanctuary. Monkeys in the capital city? You bet.
A man, probably also a Bird Park visitor, was feeding these monkeys so I took the opportunity to shoot some photos when they came up close to grab the food. However, I don’t trust monkeys at all and told my friend to hold on tightly to her sunglasses and bag.
After taking these shots, I went into the car; no I am not taking any chances. I have a fear for monkeys since childhood days on a gruesome incident that happened in Taiping Zoo years ago that I cannot forget even now. Talking about Taiping Zoo, it really has been a long time since I visited a zoo.
In this photo, you can see the baby monkey hanging on to its mother, so cute, right? What a huge difference it is to see monkeys roaming freely compared to this one in Port Dickson.
