Mediterranean Delights at The Haven Cuisines, Ipoh
As a follow-up to my discovery of The Haven Cuisines Chef’s Special Recommendation, I was also informed of the Mediterranean Delights that are being offered, also at Cuisines, the award-winning restaurant at The Haven, Ipoh.
Of course, I have always known about the popular Mediterranean dishes at Cuisines, although the menu is not regularly available.
Well, great news! This month, the restaurant has prepared a list of signature Mediterranean dishes for discerning diners, and the delicacies are:
HOMEMADE BEEF PATTY BURGER
Grilled succulent beef patty with fried egg, iceberg lettuce, tomato and cucumber, topped with a slice of cheese, served in a sesame seed bun and accompanied by salad and french fries.
CHICKEN SHAWARMA (beef is another alternative)
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with onion and tomatoes, served with French fries, pita bread and garlic sauce.
LEBANESE TABBOULEH SALAD
Freshly chopped parsley salad with tomato, onion, couscous, olive oil, lemon juice and spices, served with pita bread.
HUMMUS
Mashed chick peas mixed with tahini, olive oil, mashed garlic and lemon juice, served with pita bread.
MOUTABAL
Re-roasted eggplant (aubergine) with tahini and garlic.

Oh my god, those dishes looks really yummy! i love these kind of cuisines, and would love to try them there! if i go to Perak maybe i’ll find the place!

Attractive and appetizing food here though it looks simple but most liked that burger is very interesting when it can come here to eat ..

Never visit to The Haven before. I heard a lot good things about this place from this site. The Mediterranean food is interesting. I tried shawarma before. Totally love it.
