Majlis Sambutan Tahun Baru Cina 2011 (Perak Celebrates CNY)

It was a scorching and long afternoon but I am so happy that my digital camera managed to hold its own even though I nearly depleted two batteries and the memory card. I have so many photos to share today, as you can see. If you thought that my post on Dato’ Michelle Yeoh yesterday overflowed with photos, this post is just as long.

Majlis Sambutan Tahun Baru Cina 2011 is a Perak State level Chinese New Year celebration, graced by HRH Sultan of Perak and the Perak royal families. Tuanku was friendly and shook hands with many of us, and wished us, personally, “Kung Hei Fatt Choy”.
