Lata Ulu Chepor (Waterfall) in Chemor, Perak
It was at least six months since I spent time at a waterfall. So, over the weekend, with the scorching weather, it was a good time to take a dip! I couldn’t go too far, though, due to a tight schedule. Therefore, it was decided that Lata Ulu Chepor would be the preferred spot.
I remember going there as a child, but it has changed a lot over the years. Currently, the recreational area downstream is managed by the Kampung Ulu Chepor Resident Association (JKKK), while the upstream section is handled by the State Forestry Department.
Like many similar waterfalls that I have visited previously, the entrance fee here is a nominal RM3 per car. Motorcycles, RM1 while buses are RM5 each. Gazebos are for rent at RM3 or RM5, depending on size.
The facilities at Lata Ulu Chepor in Chemor, Perak, are rather complete. There are also chalets and designated camping grounds for vacationers who wish to spend the night, for a fee, obviously.

wah air terjun, kak lily suka jugak ke tempat sebegini. boleh tenangkan fikiran dan hati jugak. lama kat ke chemor perak ni, nanti satu hari nanti ek

Bestnya air terjun…dah lama i xpergi tmpt2 mcm ni..seronok jugak picnic dekat air terjun…sekali sekala expose kids dengan surrounding mcm ni best jugak kan
Kalau panas-panas terjun air sungai bestnyer. Sejuk dan segar ajer. Kadang2 kawasan macam ni pengunjung suka buang sampah merata-rata. Nak pergi tandas pun tak best. Harap2 tempat ni dapat menjaga kebersihan lah.

Lama juga tidak ke kawasan air terjun. Paling last pergi ke air terjun mungkin 2 tahun lepas. Belum pernah pergi ke sini selain di area KL/ Selangor aje. Next time ke Perak bolehlah plan pegi sini
Wah seronoknya air terjun. Rindu nak rasa air sejuk macam ni. Last time masa sekolah je mandi air terjun. Bila dah dewasa ni, mandi air yang takat betis je. Hahaha.
