It’s a Fast Food Kinda Day @ Marrybrown

Fast food has never been my top choice when it comes to meals. However, I do acknowledge that when travelling, fast food is what I go for, because I am a person of convenience.

Nonetheless, there are times when the occasion calls for fast food, such as when I am weary of cracking my head over what to eat. There are way too many food choices in Ipoh, there’s no denying.

So, Marrybrown was where we headed to one day for lunch. Just point and select from the menu without wasting too much brain juice. Besides, we already know that we can’t go wrong with Marrybrown, or any other fast food chain for that matter. Every item is on point due to strict Standard Operating Procedures.

Signature items at Marrybrown include Nasi Marrybrown, an improvised version of Malaysia’s national dish, nasi lemak. Look at the other items we ordered as well.

Did you know that Marrybrown is a Malaysian Halal-certified fast food restaurant chain first established in 1981? It’s been 36 years now and the brand has expanded to 350 international outlets in over 20 countries, including the Middle East and Africa.

Indeed, Marrybrown, the brainchild of Dato’ Lawrence Liew and Datin Nancy Liew, has come a long way since its humble beginnings at a shoplot along Jalan Wong Ah Fook in Johor Bahru in 1981. In Ipoh, there are five Marrybrown outlets. This delectable meal was savoured at its MB Greentown outlet at Angsana Mall.
