Ipoh Parade Spreads Festive Cheer Through its Outdoor LED Screen
Mall Announces Operating Hours during Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), Urges the Public to Comply with SOPs in Combating COVID-19.
The massive Outdoor LED Screen forming Ipoh Parade’s entrance along Jalan Sultan Idris Shah is in the limelight yet again, this time round displaying Chinese New Year greetings to spread festive cheer to the communities nearby.
According to Ipoh Parade’s Advertising and Promotions Assistant Manager Lim Huey Tyng, the one-liner greeting from the mall that reads ‘A Prosperous New Year’ is put up on the screen during the festive celebration to motivate everyone to continue to be hopeful as they enter the Year of the Ox.
“This year’s Chinese New Year celebration may be different from the past year, but let us continue to stay positive and united amid these difficult times to accomplish our mission of banishing the Covid-19 virus,” said Lim.
Meanwhile, on the reimposition of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) by the government effective today, the mall announces that it will revert to its normal operating hours from 10am to 10pm daily. The public are reminded to keep a lookout at the mall’s official Facebook page for further updates.
“Most importantly, we want to urge shoppers to continue to comply with the government’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when they visit the mall. Only when we as a community work together to play our part, so will we be able to keep the Covid-19 numbers low,” stressed Lim.
