The Green Green Restaurant & Café, located within the compound of GreenAcres Retirement Village, is a new culinary option to cater to residents of Bandar Meru Raya, and also those who work in the vicinity.

Opened on 1st March 2023 to the public, the eatery was launched by Ipoh City Mayor Y.Bhg. Dato’ Rumaizi bin Baharin@Md Daud on 14th March 2023. The Mayor welcomed a new player to the scene, in line with the promotion of Ipoh as a gastronomic haven with the many food choices offered within the city.

This holy month of Ramadan, Green Green Restaurant & Café is serving a specially curated Iftar Buffet menu that encompasses Local, Asian, Asian Fusion and Western fares, not dismissing a wide range of appetisers plus desserts to begin and to wrap up a most satisfying meal. In total, there are some forty items on the menu including signature mains such as Nasi Arab, Gearbox Soup, Pineapple Fried Rice, Western Lamb Shank, Butter Milk Chicken, and Nasi Lemak Rendang Chicken.

The breaking of fast is not just an ordinary meal on any usual day. It is more of an opportunity to spend meaningful time with loved ones. Therefore, it is apt that the green nature theme of Green Green Restaurant & Café situated within the serene surroundings of GreenAcres Retirement Village can provide the right atmosphere for bonding among family and friends over a quality dinner.

RM68 (senior citizen)

Green Green Restaurant & Café is in the process of applying for Halal certification. The culinary team is Malay Muslim who adheres strictly to the guidelines of JAKIM pending approval.
