Giant Falim Ipoh Clearance – Everything Must Go

A reader tipped me off about the closure of Giant Falim in Ipoh. It was just like yesterday that I attended the launch of this hypermarket. Checked my blog and found that this store was opened for business on 1st February, 2018. My, how time flies.

Of course, I just had to go and see what’s on sale. As it’s a clearance sale, everything is selling at up to 50% discount. Everything must go!

Many of the merchandise have already been purchased by regular customers, as seen from the empty shelves. However, there are still a lot of stocks, mainly more expensive brands of toiletries, cooking oil, instant noodles and canned food. Fresh items are also still being sold, as well as baked products.

Seeing how the posters were screaming up to 50% off all commodities, I tried to see if there was anything worth buying. I didn’t have any item in mind and was not equipped with a shopping list. I just went to busybody.

Mehhhh the goods weren’t that cheap, even with the discounts, at least, not the items that I usually purchase. So, at the end of my shopping trip, what did I get for myself? One Staedtler compact correct pen for RM1.90. hahaha!

Still, if you wish to shop at Giant Falim, do take note that their last day in business at this particular store is 2nd April, 2020. Act fast.
