Gerbang Malam @ Ipoh

Today, I just would like to share some photos I took at Gerbang Malam, a night market right smack in the heart of the city. In English, it means something like “Night Gate” or “Gateway of the Night”.
At this night market, you could get your hands on almost anything, from clothes to shoes to bags and other fashion accessories, for cheap! There are even foot reflexology services here in makeshift tents, and they seem quite popular too.
There are no food stalls here, but plenty of coffee shops all around, like the famous chicken taugeh (Lou Wong is also here) and Ipoh white coffee. I spotted a drinks and snacks vendor, though. I wonder where he got hold of the supermarket cart.
I’ve actually been here a few times in the past but nothing captured my eyes thus far. In fact, even for today’s post, I am afraid there’s nothing exceptional to show. Still, would be a good visit if you haven’t been here before.
