  1. I bought the full membership since the beginning at 18k.

After so many years, I was told is worth nothing if you want to sell the membership.

    I fell cheated!

  2. Hi SH, we are facing the same problems. Wanna sell but no buyer. Maintenance fees have to pay monthly, even though we never step in the resort.

  3. The management of this place should mention the history of this place. For example, Malayan Tin Dredging Limited Dredge no. 6 had its last dredging operation here, before been dismantled. Those lakes were made by this dredge and others. Dredge no. 6 was the last of the 6 dredges of MTD. MTD of course was the pioneer tin mining company to successfully launched the tin dredge in this country, and at one the largest producer in the world. And I am happy to note my father once work in this dredge no. 6 from 1946 till about 1965(?). Sadly at clearwater there was only a general note of tin mining in Perak only, but not its local history!!! Well I suppose that’s how much weight you give to local history…for visitors to appreciate its past history.
