Chinese Face Mask Changing Performance

This Chinese New Year, though it’s only the seventh day today, has been an extremely packed one for me, even though I just went all over Ipoh to cover various events. This makes me appreciate more the hard work that organisers and performers put in.

On the evening of the first day of Chinese New Year, after attending the Perak Menteri Besar’s Chinese New Year open house where I was lucky enough to catch the elegant Dato’ Michelle Yeoh, I rushed over to Kinta City to video this Chinese face mask changing performance by Ipoh-born illusionist, George Wong.

I have actually watched his performance for the second time already, both times recorded on video and yet, I still couldn’t figure out how he could change his masks so effortlessly. Why don’t you watch this video and let me know if you could spot his secret?
