Marinated for five hours with special herbs imported from India, the tender lamb is roasted to perfection!

Pair it with another of the chef’s signature dish: the Briyani Damruzz, a dish which was originated from Northern India and is also well-loved by Middle Easterners.

Other items on the extensive buffet menu include Perak’s authentic cuisine: Rendang Tok, Oxtail Soup (Sup Gear Box) and traditional Gulai Kawah specialities.
