Au Young the Clown Giant Balloon Performance

I’ve shot more than a hundred videos. Although most of them are ordinary stuff, once in a while, I do get a gem. Last evening’s Au Young the Clown’s giant balloon performance at Ipoh Parade in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia was one of them. Friends in and outside of Malaysia have confirmed they have never seen anything like this!

When I arrived at Ipoh Parade last evening, Au Young the Clown was already in action even though his show was slated to begin at 7.30pm, but I was lucky that I could still get a good spot to shoot my videos from.

At first, Au Young warmed up the crowd by inviting children on stage for dances. The “real” show began when Au Young performed his giant balloon trick. It’s so different that it caught the crowd by surprise, so much so that as if in unison, everyone gasped and whipped out mobile phones to shoot Au Young’s giant balloon act. To describe in words will not do justice to the act Au Young performed.
